Meet the Therapists
Sheila Custer, LMT (OL#5372)
Sheila's practice includes a wide range of bodywork modalities from Swedish relaxation massage to very deep tissue work. A primary component of her success is her ability to partner with other treatments, such as chiropractic and acupuncture, to address clients' complex health needs. She has worked with Portland Fit members, Hood to Coast teams, and many other athletes to reach their dreams and maintain exceptional health.

Diane Cooper, LMT/CCA (OL#10408)
Diane's massage sessions typically include active and passive stretching, exercise instruction and discussion of the importance of nutritional support. The therapeutic modalities she specializes in include sports massage, lymphatic drain, hot and cold stone therapy, and TMJ (temporomandibular joint) techniques. In addition, as an esthetician, she is trained to assess skin conditions and discuss treatment options with clients.

Melody (Mel) Johnson, LMT (OL#3383)
Melody "Mel" Johnson has built her expertise around several types of bodywork modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue and sports massage therapy. Her goal for clients is to promote wellness through total relaxation, stress reduction and balancing of the musculoskeletal system. She started at Clearwater when it opened in 1997, bringing practical expertise from her nearly six years as the director of massage therapy services at the Kah-Nee-Ta Resort in Central Oregon.

Judy Heller, CA, ACE, ASMT
Judy Heller is a Lifestyle Educator, fitness and walking coach and a master race-walker. She is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, Cancer Exercise specialist and USAT&F coach, official, and race-walk judge. She has a bachelor’s degree in medical technology, in addition to 30 years of laboratory experience. Prior to spearheading Wonders of Walking, Heller managed the Portland to Coast Walk Relay and she is the race-walk coordinator for the Portland Marathon Heller’s practice focuses on walking techniques, form, competitive training principles, motivation, mental preparedness, nutrition and more.
